This initiative centered on integrated, multi-channel marketing campaign(s), with a strong emphasis on the development of digital assets and performance evaluations. The campaigns included strategic input from external consultants to enhance the production, management, and future performance of digital assets.

A key component of these was the evaluation and selection process for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. The firm, which had historically relied heavily on paper-based policies and procedures, faced significant challenges transitioning to a digital environment. Stephanie played a pivotal role in this transformation by leading the law firm's transition to HubSpot as its CRM platform.

Despite sharing the same last name as one of the firm's partners, Stephanie maintained and upheld her professional independence throughout the projects. She worked closely and exclusively with partner, Robert Crain, ensuring transparent communication, impartial guidance, unbiased oversight, and alignment with the firm's objectives at every stage of the project.

Integrated, multi-channel marketing campaign with a primary focus on social and experiential activities, activated both on and off college campuses, as well as nationwide for non-college Generation Y/Millennial audiences.

This was accomplished in a seven-person group through virtual online meetings, with the campaign book, It’s All You designed by Stephanie.
